Flaherty Chevrolet is outstanding. I will be back for future repairs. This repair involved my infotainment system. The screen was blacking out and the audio would just quit at random. Had to pay for diagnostics and wasn't given the diagnostics of the actual problem. Said there was a noise coming from the hood in a parked position and they said it was the sway links, which wouldn't be making a noise while not driving. Also mentioned my brake pads and rotors needed attention and they are pretty new and the car has barely been drove since replacing these before. Seems like they was making issues of things that weren't issues and then didn't diagnose the problem I was actually having.

I stopped in to get a battery for my vehicle, then inquired if the service dept could install it same day. They said yes and scheduled my appointment 10 minutes out from my inquiry time. It was supposed to take 30 minutes. It actually took 70 minutes, which put me behind schedule on the next two stops I had. Other customers were also waiting longer than identified. I will go back.

The service and check out lady were fabulous. I had a low tire and was afraid it would be flat soon, so I drove in during a busy full day and asked if someone could help. I also was behind on an oil change and been putting it off until after the New Year rush. Tony Hooper looked at the schedule along with Will Rhyne and said if I could wait for 45 minutes, they could squeeze me in. I wasn’t expecting it but they got me an oil change and tires rotation with in that time. The cost was very good since I had rewards credit on my account. Al came by to see if there was anything else I needed and answered questions about another vehicle! The coffee bar was clean and well stocked up. Steve Boling was my service man and did a great job! Everyone deserves a bonus for the day and service they gave to this cranky old lady!

I recently had an oil change performed on my truck, and I want to share my experience. The workmanship during the service was great, and I appreciate the attention to detail. However, I was taken aback by the high cost of the oil, which brought the total for the oil change to almost $168. I understand that GM has specific recommendations for the 6.2-liter motor, which has had known issues. The so-called 'special oil' that the manufacture recommended is marketed as a way to "cure" the problems and prolong engine life. However, I believe it is unfair for customers like me to bear the additional costs associated with a mistake made by GM. Given that the engine issues stem from GM's design and not from any fault of my own as a customer, I strongly feel that GM should cover the cost in full. It doesn't seem right that! should have to pay extra for a fix based on an inherent problem with the vehicle. I hope GM will reconsider their stance on this issue and take responsibility for their product's performance. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Brandon Kennedy

The experience and the friendliness of the staff were good, as always. Unfortunately I made an appointment to get new tires and an oil change but they didn’t do the oil change. And I didn’t realize it until 2 days later when I noticed the sticker hadn’t been replaced. They have stated they will override the power train as I can’t get it back for two weeks due to a trip and the holidays. I drive about 45 minutes to get there because I’ve always had excellent service so it’s inconvenient, but their staff was trying to remedy it.

Didn’t have issues with the tech or advisors at the dealership. The problem is that GM doesn’t have fixes for HVAC issues in the dual climate controls in their vehicles. They seem to know it been a problem but can’t seem to find a cure for the issues that has ve been around for a few years now.

Flaherty Cheverolet did an excellent job servicing my vehicle. I went in for an oil change and have new tires mounted. They completed both in a very timely manner. The showroom/waiting area is very clean and set up with charging station. This is great as it allows me to work from the showroom and not miss an work. Everyone is very friendly.

Everything was great except for the person that wrote me up. I told him at the time of write up that one of my tire sensors was bad and to replace it as they were doing a tire rotation with the oil change. after about an hour they brought my truck out to the front lot. then my service guy came to me and let me know that I had a bad tire sensor and did I want it replaced. I explained to him that I told the service writer to replace it at the time of write up. so my truck was then taken back to the service area to fix it which added an additional 30 minutes of wait time. that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

The last few times I've been there, I've waited an extended period of time for my paperwork after my service was complete. I was comped 5% of my bill this last time, but this isn't the first occurrence and it's just becoming a frustrating occurrence to sit there an additional 30 min waiting for someone to bring me my paperwork so I can checkout. I drive 30 miles to have my vehicle serviced for my warranty.

Excellent help even when I thought they had missed something but it was just me not understanding how something worked. They listened to my complaint and then attempted to troubleshoot the issue based on what I told them. They they realized that i didn't know how to use the display gauges correctly and politely showed me what I was doing wrong and did this Free of charge.

The free multi-point inspection is very beneficial. I especially like the information is given and I’m allowed time, without pressure to make my decision whether or not to make replacements. No high pressure sales and no price gouging. Kelsey at the Service Desk did an excellent job researching discounts for parts. She was very patient, gave great instructions on the GM rewards program and clear final cost analysis. Kelsey is awesome! Suggestion: It would be wonderful if billing desk and parts service employees would ask & assist customers with specials, rewards and coupons at time of paying service bill and ordering parts.

Had an alignment done and was told two parts needed to be tightened and was charged an extra $170 for a reinstall but when I got my car home and went to leave the check engine light came on. When I looked the car had no transmission fluid and there was a sensor unplugged. In my bill it was stated a full inspection was done on my car but obviously that was a lie.

The service department is top tier from the time i pulled into the service bay to the time the vehicle was ready. They are trying out a new system where i can view the technician going through the process of his safety inspection which is awesome for peace of mind to make sure the items being looked over are actually being looked at. The service rep also kept me up to date the entire process of what was found and what I wanted to get fixed at that time.

Went to get a tire fixed from a leak and was told it couldn’t be fixed but had road hazard and got a new one ordered. As I was looking around, Al St.John asked if he could show me anything. I had been looking at Buick Enclaves earlier this summer, and he looked to see what was available. Zack the salesman took over and let me test drive it and explain the different features it had. I was pleased with everything and went back to negotiating with Al. I wanted a little bit more cheaper but finally split the difference. So far, everything seems good and I’m satisfied!
