Marc that my windshield wipers were checked in my full maintenance report but when I was on my way back to Louisville, my driver side wiper blade had rubber peeling off of it. I did not have this issue before I went to get the maintenance check done. I don’t know how it happens that my wiper blade is damaged during a routine maintenance check, but when I called to request that it would be fixed, the only solution was for me to come back to the dealership to get the maintenance done and I live in Louisville so I don’t want to put 100 miles on my car to drive there and back When I am still going to be responsible for purchasing the wiper blade. I am frustrated because if there was nothing wrong with it then why on my way home did it start peeling off and if there was something wrong with it while I was at the dealership why didn’t they fix it while they were doing everything else?

Had the wife take our Tahoe in for alignment after I replaced the front end, I had made a few small errors that needed to be corrected before alignment. The tech did a great job in clearly communicating those items and letting me know exactly what I needed. Brought the Tahoe back after the weekend when things were corrected and they took care of us. Fantastic customer service!

Staff is super friendly! Sadly, I will be getting my oil changes somewhere else going forward. The prices I've had to pay the last several visits are outrageous. I should not be paying $240 for an oil change/tire rotation, 1 engine filter and a diagnostic for engine light. I understand completely that prices have gone up in most places economically, but this is highway robbery. Being that I no longer have warranties on my vehicle there is really no need for me to go back.

I ended up having more problems than just a oil change and tire rotation, There was a oil cooling line(s) leaking and they told me that I needed a front end alignment plus they had to upgrade (update) my radio system because it wouldn't always shut down after shutting the truck down and closing all the doors, the radio stayed on for several hours and then finally shut down. I guess the worst part was that I had to pay for the radio upgrade after just purchasing your additional warranty package which is supposed to include the electronics ect. and I also had to pay for the tire alignment all this since I purchased the truck and it was supposed to have been checked out before the purchase, you didn't leave me with much of a choice but to be upset with your company and the sales person who sold us the truck !!!

As a used car dealer for 30 years with three locations in Baltimore and another one in the Washington DC market that provides full service repairs for cars and a service center for heavy duty trucks. I am well qualified for a post service evaluation. The most egregious item is to when I went to pick the truck up. I paid online so I ask to signed the paperwork and I was handed the key to my truck and was told the truck is somewhere behind the building. I have never in my life had a dealership service advisor tell to go find my own vehicle. If this person worked for me I would have fired them. Because as you know the service department is what pays the bills. Next item, the technician failed to test drive the truck to bring it up to operating temperature. I drove the truck Radcliff and check the coolant tank and it was low to the tone of a half a gallon of antifreeze. Which I was billed for a gallon. The SOP for any vehicle where coolant is being billed for is to bring the vehicle up to operating temperature and recheck the antifreeze. The only good outcome is the truck made it back to Baltimore with non issues. I have also used this experience as a teaching moment for my staff. On how poor customer service and not following basic coolant service can cause the loss of a customer.

Had to pay for diagnostics and wasn't given the diagnostics of the actual problem. Said there was a noise coming from the hood in a parked position and they said it was the sway links, which wouldn't be making a noise while not driving. Also mentioned my brake pads and rotors needed attention and they are pretty new and the car has barely been drove since replacing these before. Seems like they was making issues of things that weren't issues and then didn't diagnose the problem I was actually having.

The experience and the friendliness of the staff were good, as always. Unfortunately I made an appointment to get new tires and an oil change but they didn’t do the oil change. And I didn’t realize it until 2 days later when I noticed the sticker hadn’t been replaced. They have stated they will override the power train as I can’t get it back for two weeks due to a trip and the holidays. I drive about 45 minutes to get there because I’ve always had excellent service so it’s inconvenient, but their staff was trying to remedy it.

The service and check out lady were fabulous. I had a low tire and was afraid it would be flat soon, so I drove in during a busy full day and asked if someone could help. I also was behind on an oil change and been putting it off until after the New Year rush. Tony Hooper looked at the schedule along with Will Rhyne and said if I could wait for 45 minutes, they could squeeze me in. I wasn’t expecting it but they got me an oil change and tires rotation with in that time. The cost was very good since I had rewards credit on my account. Al came by to see if there was anything else I needed and answered questions about another vehicle! The coffee bar was clean and well stocked up. Steve Boling was my service man and did a great job! Everyone deserves a bonus for the day and service they gave to this cranky old lady!

I stopped in to get a battery for my vehicle, then inquired if the service dept could install it same day. They said yes and scheduled my appointment 10 minutes out from my inquiry time. It was supposed to take 30 minutes. It actually took 70 minutes, which put me behind schedule on the next two stops I had. Other customers were also waiting longer than identified. I will go back.

I recently had an oil change performed on my truck, and I want to share my experience. The workmanship during the service was great, and I appreciate the attention to detail. However, I was taken aback by the high cost of the oil, which brought the total for the oil change to almost $168. I understand that GM has specific recommendations for the 6.2-liter motor, which has had known issues. The so-called 'special oil' that the manufacture recommended is marketed as a way to "cure" the problems and prolong engine life. However, I believe it is unfair for customers like me to bear the additional costs associated with a mistake made by GM. Given that the engine issues stem from GM's design and not from any fault of my own as a customer, I strongly feel that GM should cover the cost in full. It doesn't seem right that! should have to pay extra for a fix based on an inherent problem with the vehicle. I hope GM will reconsider their stance on this issue and take responsibility for their product's performance. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Brandon Kennedy

The last few times I've been there, I've waited an extended period of time for my paperwork after my service was complete. I was comped 5% of my bill this last time, but this isn't the first occurrence and it's just becoming a frustrating occurrence to sit there an additional 30 min waiting for someone to bring me my paperwork so I can checkout. I drive 30 miles to have my vehicle serviced for my warranty.

Didn’t have issues with the tech or advisors at the dealership. The problem is that GM doesn’t have fixes for HVAC issues in the dual climate controls in their vehicles. They seem to know it been a problem but can’t seem to find a cure for the issues that has ve been around for a few years now.
